Before launching our business journey, we went on a bike journey. Across Iowa.
For four days, we woke up at dawn and pedaled our way across the Hawkeye State.
It was just the two of us, corn as far as the eye can see, and 60,000 of our best friends.
We talked about our vision for the future, the types of organizations we like to lead, the impact that a business can have on its employees’ lives, and most of all, our excitement to build something we are proud of.
We also reflected on our friendship: the long hours we spent working together, the family dinners we’d shared, the moments of laughter we’d enjoyed.
We’re now on a longer journey: to find, acquire, and lead a business to shepherd its employees and legacy into a new phase.
